My book emerged out of a hobby. Hobbies play a very important role in self - awareness, understanding what we are doing wrong and thus make corrections. Another hobby I have taken up recently is embroidery. Every day it helps me - a) reduce the thinking pressure on my brain b) underline the fact that some results will show only with patience, c) never to work on it after 6 pm because invariable I have to re do it next day, because I had done it mechanically. What I have learnt today - just because I WANT to work at 8 pm doesn't mean my brain will cooperate. As a consequence I am learning to accept my limitations.
