Brands must change and become more relevant as times change. It becomes all the more important with SMEs competing for the audience's attention.

When you started your small business, you might have followed the bare minimum practice to get your MVP (minimum viable product) running. Eventually, these workarounds will not work anymore, and you will realise competitors' designs are far better.
